From family agriculture to the extensive cultivations

Till to half of past century Italian Civilization was influenced by folk wisdom.

Agricultural work involved the entire family. Men and women were charged with the same tasks and often children too worked in the fields.

In few decades this way of life has been modified and the same country is cultivated with industrial methods and thanks to the agricultural mechanization, few people can carry out wide pieces of land with monocultures.
